2. Booking and Reservations

When you book a tour or package through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. A booking is only confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent by us.

• All prices are quoted in the designated currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Special requests (such as dietary requirements or accessibility needs) must be communicated at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond our control.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible while accounting for the costs incurred in preparing your experience:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable transaction fees.
• Cancellations made within 48 to 72 hours of the tour date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.

4. User Responsibilities

As a traveler, you are responsible for ensuring that you meet all passport, visa, and health requirements for your destination. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to your trip to cover potential medical expenses, trip cancellations, or loss of personal belongings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mustdobali acts solely as an agent for the transportation companies, hotels, and other contractors providing services included in your tour. We shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions or omissions of these third-party vendors or any event of force majeure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Mustdobali unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
